Mix together and scatter on ground surface around plants. Work into soil so the next door neighbors dog doesn't find it.
- 2 pounds dry oatmeal
- 2 pounds dry dog food (crushed)
- 2 handfuls human hair (chopped into 1-2 inch pieces)
- 3/4 cup sugar
