Cake Batter
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg
3/4 cup sour milk ( milk with 1 tsp. vinegar will sour it)
1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1-3/4 cup flour
Mix all ingredients together and put into greased 9x13 inch pan.
Cover batter with any imaginable topping.

sliced apples with cinnamon and sugar
peaches and cream
blueberries
sugared raspberries
chopped nuts
shredded coconut
tiny chocolate chips
